The court had previously granted extensions, while the government and election authorities cited the roll-revision process. The next test is whether the institutions use the additional time to publish a clear schedule and prepare credible voter lists.\n\nBengaluru’s civic challenges do not pause during an election delay. Flooding, traffic, footpath encroachments and waste management still require decisions and public reporting.
